A wrethed garland of deserved praise A wreathed Garland of deserued praise, A Wreathed garland of deſerved praiſe, Of praise deserved vnto thee I give Of praise deserued vnto thee I giue,    Of praiſe deſerved, unto thee I give, I give to thee who knowest all my wayes I giue to thee, who knowest all my waies, I give to thee, who knoweſt all my wayes, My crooked winding wayes wherein I live My crooked winding waies, wherein I liue, My crooked winding wayes, wherein I live, Wherein I die not live: for life is strait Wherein I dy, not liue: for life is strait, Wherein I die, not live: for life is ſtraight, Strait as a line, and euer tends to thee Strait as a line, & euer tends to thee, Straight as a line, and ever tends to thee, To thee who art more farr aboue deceit To thee, who art more farre aboue deceit, To thee, who art more farre above deceit, Then deceit seems aboue simplicity. Then deceit seemes aboue simplicitie. Then deceit ſeems above ſimplicitie. Give mee simplicitie, that I may live Giue mee simplicitie, yt I may liue, Give me ſimplicitie, that I may live, So live & like that I may know thy wayes So liue & like, yt I may know thy waies, So live and like, that I may know thy wayes, Know them & practice them, then shal I give Know them & practize them, then shall I giue Know them and practiſe them: then ſhall I give ffor this poore wreth, give thee a Crowne of Praiſe.
